Vocational Nursing Training
Nurses play an extremely important role in healthcare facilities, from clinics to doctors' offices and home health agencies. Vocational nurses are responsible for working closely with doctors and Registered nurses to provide direct patient care.
The Vocational Nursing program at ACC prepares you with training in anatomy and physiology, as well as the treatments and procedures that you will use to help patients. The program prepares graduates for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN) for licensure as a practical/vocational nurse meeting the standards set by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians.
