Medical Assistants Training
The medical assistant program at American Career College provides you with training in both administrative and clinical procedures that are common in healthcare facilities including a physician's office, clinic, long term care, or other healthcare facility. Medical assistants work closely with patients, providing direct care in the exam room and the front office.
The program at ACC offers training in how to prepare patients for examinations, administer of medications, and perform routine laboratory procedures, as well as the front office skills necessary to work in an a medical office.
